Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the level of readiness of Package C equivalency students in facing the world of work at the SPNF Learning Activities Studio in Serang City, and to determine the efforts of the Serang City Learning Activities Studio SPNF in preparing Package C equivalency students in facing the world of work. In this research, researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach which was chosen according to the objectives of this research. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses data collection, namely through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results in this study are: Work readiness of Package C equivalency students in facing the world of work at SPNF Serang City Learning Activity Studio which includes understanding the learning material, having a broad view of the job opportunities they are interested in, gaining work/organization experience, having the ability collaborate with good colleagues, there is good motivation to learn, there is interest in continuing into the world of work, good communication skills; and the efforts of the SPNF Serang City Learning Activities Studio in preparing Package C equality students to face the world of work, namely providing infrastructure, providing learning materials based on the independent equality education curriculum, carrying out additional activities in the field of life skills, both hard skills and soft skills.
