Abstract

Courses and training institutions as organizers in improving the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of individuals who not only focus on academic skills and technical skills but also employability skills. This study aims to: (1) analyze the influence of employability skills on job readiness; (2) analyze the influence of social support on job readiness; and (3) analyze the influence of employability skills together with social support on job readiness. The method used is quantitative with correlational research type. The location of this research is in 4 sewing LKPs in Blitar Regency with a population of 76 people. The results showed that: (1) there is a partial influence between employability skills on the work readiness of sewing trainees at LKP Blitar Regency with a significance of 0.000 (2) there is no influence between social support on the work readiness of sewing trainees at LKP Blitar Regency with a significance of 0.581 (3) there is a simultaneous influence between employability skills and social support on sewing trainees at LKP Blitar Regency with a significance of 0.000.
